Sight Savers America will provide FREE vision screenings at school on Monday, August 24th.
📌 Forms must be completed and turned in to Nurse Casey.

This screening checks for possible vision concerns but is not a full eye exam.
 Families may be contacted if follow-up care is recommended.

You may download the form attached or have your child pickup a form from the nurses clinic.
